This years meeting will be held at Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL), located on the eastern tip of Dauphin Island, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. The DISL is surrounded by Mobile Bay, Mississippi Sound and the waters of the Gulf. We will repeat last years meeting format to include herp outings on Friday and Saturday followed by presentations in the evenings. One of the outings will include a visit to nearby Cedar Point Marsh which is the nesting site for the Mississippi Diamondback Terrapin. As always, socials will be held each night after the talks. We hope to see you there!

Abstract Submission

Poster and talk abstracts should be between 150 and 500 words, and should include the title, authors, author affiliations, and a brief description of the study. More detailed guidelines and instructions are included in the word document here. Please submit abstracts via email to by September 14. The title of your e-mail should read "ALAPARC Abstract Poster" or "ALAPARC Abstract Oral".
